Hungrier Hippo Catering is a caterer for all events. HHC is run by a husband and wife team, Sophie and Kris, who have been in the culinary arts for almost 20 years.
If anyone were to ask our family and friends about our love for food, they would tell stories spanning our entire lives. We want you to see our love for food in every event that we cater.
Our Team
Kristerpher Smith is the CEO and Executive Chef of Hungrier Hippo Catering. He has almost 20 years of catering and restaurant experience. From the kitchen to a movie set, Kris is ready for events of any size.
Sophie Smith is the CFO and Event Management Director of Hungrier Hippo Catering. She has been working around food since she was 9 years old, helping her grandparents with their food truck. She also attended culinary and business classes at Kennesaw State. She currently works as a Special Education teacher.
Chef DK brings 30+ years of experience to the team. He has done catering for movies and TV, and as a personal chef. Specializing in African and Southern cuisines.
Chef Grams brings 15+ years of experience to the team. He currently manages a smokehouse and does BBQ better than anyone.
